Have you seen this man? He was last seen in a red car driving at 100mph on the roadway in the Forest and Fens area of Nottingham. Witnesses have described his driving as anti-social and dangerous. He is described as between 28-30, 5'9" in height, 85kg and goes under the name of "William", though this may be an alias. He has a beard and moustache but they are not attached to each other. He is given to smirking "in an evil looking way". He has shaved between his eyebrows and may therefore be dangerous. You are advised not to approach him.
If you see him please call his mother and tell her all about it.

Driving down the m6 and we got undertook by a bmw d4 alpine number plate FE67 EAF once he over took us I gave him the middle finger he obviously seen the gesture and slammed his brakes on we were inches from taking the back end off his car straight off look out for him and be carful he seems like a horrible bloke

Unnecessary overtaking in slower traffic leaving a motorway at exit. Pulling in tom small gaps unsafely. Causing other cars to brake heavily. When flashed to alert him of the danger he caused he stuck up his middle finger
