Approaching Kingston in London,this young man cut three lanes of traffic on a roundabout at last second. Almost caused s white van to crush a cyclist. Was ok though,he put his indicator on mid manoeuvre. Idiot child.

He came charging up behind me in a built up area and only backed off when he saw my camera. Even then his driving was awful, swerving across the road and just being a danger to other road users in general. Having pulled up next to me at the lights, the reasons behind his driving became very apparent. The smell of canabis coming from the car was so strong that even the car behind noticed. Once the lights changed he wheel spun off to the left (nearly loosing the back end).

I think this driver needs to go and retake their test. Just watched the driver spend 3 minutes parking the car, before finally leaving it in a position blocking a good portion of the road. Seems this may have been a short journey. The driver could benefit a lot from walking these short distances!
