this car is being driven on trade plates (no road tax or MOT that I can see) and has been for well over six months. The owner and his wife are using it for school runs, etc. and they are parking it on private land.

Very Abusive driver. Made violent threats to a mother in front of her children after being blocking them in a car park in Wantage Oxfordshire.
Has been reported to the police.
