The thing is. I have Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis - Freaking hate playing the disability card, but sometime you gotta call sh*t out.
Its difficult enough getting into my car without some idiot doing this by accident or deliberately.

If you were plugged in its bad form but if you were on 100% then he's making a point as you should be parked there when full or unplugged
