Not defending parking on the pavement, but do you know for sure it is their driveway? Just a thought as it may not be and they're visiting the other house with the car(s) or just elsewhere?
I agree both drivers were way too close, but the Highway Code does not say you have to give a lanes width, it says
"give motorcyclists, cyclists and horse riders at least as much room as you would when overtaking a car"
This is a really useless rule as some drivers will overtake a car with a foot betweed vehicles, if they then give the same room to a cyclist this is the result, no rule broken but a dangerouse overtake non the less.
Continuing my last comment, she made some rude gestures with her fingers towards me after i beeped my horn. once she continued to drive she kept randomly coming to a halt out of nowhere. Again causing me to slam on. Dangerous driver.

This prick was speeding way to fast and cutting people off. Also went on the wrong lane 3 or 4 times. This person could of caused a serious accident and take peoples lives. He needs to be taken off the road.
