He parks on my road everyday so I have reported him to the police as I bet none of his modifications are declared on his insurance. He drives round and round the estate early in the morning making sure everyone is awake the guy is a complete and utter moron

alot of older bikes need to rev up to get to temp with a choke as for the car probably a feel MOT.

Twice this vehicle has had notices put on windscreen. 1st.Parks wholly on grass island and now against grass island on turn around in cul-de- sac. Restricting residents entering and leaving and driveways. Real shame bin lorry not due today. Commuter with no clue whatsoever and no consideration whatsoever.

Parked in MY Space in private parking that she does not pay for. Caused huge problems for 2 other residents who had no parking because of her actions. Live in a city centre so there is no where else to park. She didnt move the car and has stayed over night. RUDE
