I hate thieving scum but in my mind the risks here are too high. Look how narrow and crowded those streets are..anyone could emerge behind those cars either on foot or in a car, especially children. It's simply too risky.

Why did you have to take that position on the road going through the lights? Keep left! Ample room for you and other vehicles. By taking the centre of the road you are purposefully impeding others and you damn well know it will annoy other road users.....

Let us not forget also the failure to comprehend (that means read and understand) road traffic laws/rules

Northumbria Police have already said they will not accept dashcam footage at the moment unless its requested by a police officer as witness material.
Persoonally, I think if the footage is clear, showing the offence and the registration plates without obstruction and is unedited, the it should be able to be sent to the police. In this day and age when force numbers are being cut, surely this helps them.
