Twice seen driving irresponsibly. One going round a roundabout on Bushmead Road, Luton on the wrong side (when school children were walking home from school) and once cutting across my lane at a set of lights. The front seat passenger showed me his middle finger when I beeped him...what utterly idiotic individuals. Shouldn't be on the road.

He didn't Alter his course and speed so you could pull out ? which is exactly what he should be doing .

Tip: If you ring the police, emphasise anti-social behaviour more than mere noise. ASB complaints have a much higher priority, because the police HAVE a duty to investigate; whereas noise complaints often end up being passed around like a parcel: the police will say it's the responsibility of the council and the council will pass it back to the police. Least, that's my experience. Also, approach with caution and be firm but fair - not that I am suggesting you aren't, rather, it just covers yourself legally and protects your safety, especially if you have a camera in a public place. Some people can turn very nasty when you complain to them, if they do just walk away and call the police.. the irate so-and-so will only make it worse for themself.
