This is the idiot tractor driver who overtakes other tractors on bends on the B6403 whilst using his mobile phone. I followed him for 6 miles as I couldn't safely overtake as the twit was all over the place, he made numerous phone calls and at one stage put his 'free' hand on his head!!!!

Likes to park next to residential addresses in between his deliveries, killing time no doubt, with his fridge unit screaming away at stupidly early times. I suspect the driver can't read as he parks next to a sign that says
POLTE NOTICE - THIS IS S RESIDENTIAL AREA, PLEASE KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM

Shoking driving this guy has nearly nocked a poor old lady off her mobility scooter whilst doing in excess of 40 mph in a 30 zone, nearly crashed into another vehicle as well, obviously a delivery driver who need ms to give himself more time for deliveries extremely dangerous driver!!! Willing to take a life to deliver milk !!!
