Insanely dangerous driver seen speeding at high speeds late at night through the city with no regards for other drivers. Also seen parked with people in the back taking drugs as i seen a bong being smoked as i drove past.

Looks like the high level brake light isn't working either. I know blokes get most of the blame for aggressive driving, but I am also seeing an increasing number of women speeding and tailgating as well. Come on girls, you are better that that.
