Ignam, I didn't sound my horn. Other cars sounded theirs as kangaroo car started behaving erratically and threateningly. At 0:24 he has the opportunity to move in behind the car to his left but instead surges ahead again, nearly colliding and threatening the car to his left.
If behaving in such a ludicrous, uncontrolled and threatening manner is OK with you then please keep away from me on the roads. You appear to be a troll.
It was 19th July. They nipped into the chemist and left their dog in the car.. 30° heat. Windows slightly down. No water. Dog was barking and panting. Idiot.
Have to say my experience is that Highway Maintaince vehicles are among the worst driven on the road.
