Tailgates a learner driver doing 30mph in a 30 limit, then overtakes with oncoming traffic.
Thought for a moment they were heading to Stoke Mandeville Hospital with someone bleeding to death on the back seat, but the passenger must have died as the driver continued on past.

refused to move out of the way of an ambulance at a red light on a one way street. could have easily give up onto the curb like everyone else or even gone across the junction slightly as it was clear but instead decided to sit in the middle of the road, blocking the ambulance
