We were following him into Long Eaton at about the 18:45 and he decides to stop and drop off his friend at the shop. He decided he would wait too, blocking several cars and we couldn't pass for about a minute as traffic was busy coming the other way. It annoys me when people think just because they have their indicator/hazard lights on they can stop on double yellow lines and everyone around them doesn't matter.
