We were following him into Long Eaton at about the 18:45 and he decides to stop and drop off his friend at the shop. He decided he would wait too, blocking several cars and we couldn't pass for about a minute as traffic was busy coming the other way. It annoys me when people think just because they have their indicator/hazard lights on they can stop on double yellow lines and everyone around them doesn't matter.

take note of the number plate and report - that's all you need to do.
Pulling over a car for you to give your OPINION on her driving is dangerous, petty and probably bordering on illegal.
when will people learn not to put themselves in more danger than they need to. if you are worried about her attention while driving, pull over and wait to let them get well ahead.
as a motorcyclist, I can relate - believe me - but the best thing you can do in these situations is remove yourself from them in the first place.
