Not surprised by this. So many idiots from this country and overseas. Many come here with poor background checks including their eligibility to drive..they can so easily get risky paperwork and then be on our roads, it's quite scary. And when you look at the way they drive 'on their own turf, for want of a better word, it makes you realise why they do it. To them it's their rules, not ours, not the Highway Code. I really wish these selfish prats weren't in this country to begin with.. regardless of whether or not they were born in it. Right on for reporting it.

Cam car following too close. Full stop. Mini driver may have spotted an animal about to cross the road. Maybe they are driving an auto and not used to it and hit the brakes. If the cam car is a BMW then most likely it was being brake checked for being a tosser.
