Tootling along my local high street at a steady 30mph when this happens. Either my car had become invisible or the Kia driver is a total muppet who shouldn't be inside a car never mind behind the wheel. Good job my brakes work!

This happened at approximately 7.40 a.m. on Thursday 21st December 2018. Black NISSAN ALMERA TINO S AUTO 2005 Hatchback. This is the second time I have driven this way this month and again being tailgated between 20 mph zones. This driver caught up with me in Wrea Green and drove close all the way to Warton in treacherous conditions and once again got extra close when I entered the 20 zone. So I pulled over and got his number.

This person could not park the car probably 2 foot away from the kerb and sticking way out in the road. When she reversed nearly hit my car. How the hell she passed her test god knows.
