22/03/16 around 20:30. At one point this vehicle braked sharply in front of me, swerved left and right a bit in the lane and while driving was fiddling with his phone and passing it back to the back passenger while driving. At first, I wasn't sure if he was drunk. But he wasn't paying correct attention to the road.

Very Aggressive driver in a small white van, whilst in Chorley he cut into traffic with no right of way, going way to fast. Then gave the finger. He's a nutter. Avoid.
