He shouted at me (single female) for parking in my designated parking space. When I went to my car the next day there was a potato in the exhaust. A few days later I discovered a tyre slashed to the inner metal (but still inflated). Police notified.

Absolute knob, speeds up as a car is trying to pass as they where going very slow. They then speed up not allowing a car to pass. Then they slam on the breaks. They also did the same to me. Good job, I got the details and video that's going straight to the police

This old fart cut me up on my bike and break checked be, forcing my back wheel to lock up and skid. After following him (I was heading for the same destination), he stopped and told me to "piss off" and got aggressive towards me.
