Spotted this single guy with no kids or indeed any passengers, taking up the last parent and child space at ASDA Garthdee just before 7pm Sunday when we arrived, sat there on his phone. I took this pic on returning from the cash machine just before he tore away, after a genuine parent with a kid parked beside him had left, he was still on his own though. At least he finished his calls before leaving. Bit selfish, init?

Cut me up o a busy junction then tore away at about 60 in a 30 mph zone past a school. Middle aged chubby female driver.
