Shpuld not be on road. 35 mph whether its 50mph or 30 mph or 40 mph. Will all of a sudden nearly stop for no reason whatsoever and then speed up when you try and legally overtake. Driving in the bike lane everywhere even when the driving lane is very wide. Needs to re take some driving lessons, moron.
