Pulled out in front of me and deliberately straddled over two lanes to stop traffic from getting past on a merge in lane. Delightful lady who told me to p*ss off despite her being in the wrong. When I told her it was two lanes she replied with "yes that merge into one". To which I said yes - 50m away. As she thought she owned the road I let her go on her way although I did have to flash at her twice. Don't think the lights were all that bright given where her head was.

Brilliant driver, very polite. A girl was knocked down and the woman got out and stayed with her until the ambulance came! RESPECT!
