This guy is clearly drunk. There's no other reason why he would turn off of the A5183 on the wrong side of the road and drive at 20 on a 40 road. Then of course when you reach a the 30 section of a village sober people don't speed up.

Pulled out in front of me and deliberately straddled over two lanes to stop traffic from getting past on a merge in lane. Delightful lady who told me to p*ss off despite her being in the wrong. When I told her it was two lanes she replied with "yes that merge into one". To which I said yes - 50m away. As she thought she owned the road I let her go on her way although I did have to flash at her twice. Don't think the lights were all that bright given where her head was.

Brilliant driver, very polite. A girl was knocked down and the woman got out and stayed with her until the ambulance came! RESPECT!

Utter knob Weaving all over the place In congested traffic in Bradford. He's covering so much distance moving left and right That he makes no extra progress in the forward direction. Just achieves looking like a complete clown.
