Fiat Panda. Probably an old fart. Whoever it was they're one of those who creep out of a junction on to a main road at 0.25mph thinking should I shouldn't I, then when they're finally out oncoming traffic have to hit the brakes. Once on the main road everyone has to watch the snails overtaking us due to how fucking slow this Fiat is going.
