Middle aged man who pulled out on me in Halesowen, westmidlands when I went to ask him why he did such a dangerous move he said and I quote "to slow you down" I was doing 15mph in a 30 mph as I only just joined the road before him 🤷 clearly an unstable and dangerous driver on the road. He also had a young passenger who was worried very poor driving and was inches off hitting my car clearly should not be on the road.
