i was watching you, you leant down to pick something up, i came alongside and you didnt even notice me, you were so engrossed on facebook. Dont matter if youre moving or not, keys in ignition, engine on, on a road, you're DRIVING on the phone. 6 points and 200 quid fine.

This driver is a lunatic and a psycho! He was annoyed that he couldn't merge correctly as he tried to overtake on a slip road and tried to ram me off the road. Then undertook me and slammed his breaks on hoping I would go into the back of him!
