This retard was either on a phone or doing something in his 4x4. Was all over the road and at times over the white line whilst cars where oncoming. Also very close to the car in front of him and had to keep braking.
Further down the road, he then proceeded to block two lanes and the traffic in front of him had gone. When I decided to go on the inside of him to get past, he sped up and the forced me into the kerb. This was just past Egerton, Bolton, heading towards ASDA at Blackburn Road. Another 4x4 asswipe who thinks he owns the road.
