I was on the slip road at Junction 5 in Aylesford and the van races up behind me and makes me swerves in out of the wrong lane and almost made me crash into 2 other cars

Straight onto a roundabout without slowing or looking to see if there was already a vehicle on it - but then he wouldn't have seen anything as he had his phone in his hand reading the screen rather than looking where he was going or reducing speed on the approach.
