This person keeps getting speeding tickets and parking fines. They have not changed their address and the situation is get worse. I can no contact this person but suggest they sort this out as the High courts are involved.

The 50 year old balding midget, driving like a lunatic around the lanes of Creech St Michael. Lots of kids on their way to school - obviously a frustrated petrol head who has stored up to much testosterone because he can't get a women !

Blatantly but above all dangerously cut us up. As it's happening & I'm worried for my safety I'm trying to get attention by sounding my horn & reducing speed but not coming to a full stop as am on the left hand lane coming off a roundabout into a single lane (hence positioned left) with traffic behind me & not wanting to be involved in an accident.
Not only did he not stop pushing into me nor slowing down to try & slip behind me (albeit illegally & cutting up the driver behind) he pushed forward, stopped his Land Rover right in front of me in the middle of the road, he got out and started shouting about Highway Code, almost frothing at the mouth, while ignoring the fact that he's just broken every rule in it.
A bad driver, dangerous and aggressive.
If he is a cause of an accident any time soon - you'll know why
