Ageing Jag with ageing driver tailgating through Boarhunt 30mph zone. Then overtook and tailgate car in front accompanied by indecipherable hand gestures.

Just coming off m4 at junction 28 and this driver had been so close it was scary. The road conditions were bad from overnight frost and traffic thick. This driver continued to remain close to my backend. A car came i between us and I noticed he did the same to them. The car separated from him and he went back to being too close behind me. This is reckless and intimidating driving and especially with chemicals involved. I am disgusted this person is allowed to drive in this manner and put lives at risk.
