Whoever was driving on the 4th of October 2023 has no idea what they're doing. Pulled out in front of traffic forcing cars to move to make enough clearance to complete a turn and creating a long queue of traffic. Stopped to shout at any driver in this queue who (rightfully in my option) expressed a hand gesture towards him (w⚓️).
After this, continued to make a series of incorrect turns, holding up the traffic behind him
