Driving dangerously everywhere, followed him from Tywyn to Friog driving like a complete idiot. Car was backfiring like mad, stupid, stupid boy. Does he not realise there are other people on the road, needs to be banned ASAP! Disgusting behaviour, something needs to be done!

This driver is an actual scrub. No signalling at all. I felt very offended my the situation.

Driver exited the local park at Exeter Gardens in Redbridge at speed on 12/7/17 at 13.20 - this park is pedestrian and cycle access only, no vehicular access allowed, the park is split into two with bridge access to the other part crossing the North Circular, he had no reason to be in the park with his vehicle and was a danger to pedestrians and cyclists alike as the pathway though and over the bridge is literally only a cars width. This guy should be prosecuted
