Quite happy to park up in a parent and toddler space without having any kids with him. Also quite happy to acknowledge he was in a parent and toddler space with an "I don't care" attitude.

Useless driver, slight fog, over 1500 yards visibility and he wants to do 20mph, thinks he is being safe but just antagonising drivers.

What a kind and considerate driver. And no, I'm not being sarcastic. The lady stopped to help me push my car out of traffic, even offered me a lift. Teacher apparently - all round nice person!
