Observerd litterring in Maidstone late in the evening, passenger was throwing what I assume was fast food wrappers out of the window of this black Peugeot and it nearly hit my windscreen
Dreadful driver. I was in the left lane at a traffic light with 1 car in front of me. This vehicle was to the right of me in the right lane behind a car. When the lights went green, the first car pull across in front of me with no indication. When I braked hard to avoid a collision this drive then also pulled right across me causing me to have to emergency brake even harder as he nearly hit the front of my car.
This is despite there being plenty of space behind me where he could pulled into. He was in the wrong lane, almost hit my car, yet gave me abuse/hand gestures when I had the cheek to sound my horn at him. No idea how any of that is my fault. They were both in the wrong lane. Car is local to the area, so wasn't like he was lost.
Dangerous (read: arrogant and bad) driver.
Speeding towards an incoming vehicle that had moved out to overtake parked cars.
The vehicle maroon colour Discovery was approaching at high speed had already moved out to overtake, and thereby had the right of way.
Suggest the speeding chav reads the Higheway Code again, to refresh memory, and speak to the local police force about what is and what isn't SAFE driving.
