After being reported to the Police, I found out that the same van was involved in theft weeks earlier but Police didn't manage to identify the driver at the time.

Today was the last straw. Driving at the wheel talking on hand-held mobile in a residential street. This driver has previously speeded round blind bends with parked cars and had fogs on when not needed - Enough!!!! - Slow down, there are children playing, stay off the phone and keep your fogs off unless needed

In stand still traffic this taxi made great use of the bus lane. Problem was though that it was on the wrong side of the road. Then decided to force his way into the traffic which was already slow.
