This little prick just cut me up. Not surprised really as he could barely see over the steering wheel. Not to mention he was watching horse racing on his van mounted iPad.

The driver is a car theif - he takes photos of cars and comes at night to steal them.
He and his mates are part of ring that steal cars and ship them overseas. If you see this car on your street/area, call the police or confront him with a weapon.

Does not give way on motorways! does not know motorway rules. Speeds up and doesn't pull over into an empty lane when motorway is empty. I had to speed up as was he, making it impossible......
