Using their vehicle to block Traffic. Driving very aggressively.

They almost hit my car and had I not taken defensive action they would have caused the collision

Looked right at me as he was indicating to come out of a junction onto a main road and then proceeded to continue, forcing me to slam on my brakes.

Only 1 very very dimly lit light at the rear in the fog.
Once I pass I see he has only 1 working headlight.
Idiot. Bulbs aren't expensive.
