The driver of this Maserati moved from lane two to lane three, causing me to slow from 70 to 50.
Not only did the idiot fail to increase his speed, but he actually slowed down to the point that we were being undertaken by traffic in lane two.
By this point, it had become apparent that the lane-hogging moron in the Maserati had no intentions of moving back over, so I undertook him as well. This resulted in the Maserati driver gesticulating at me for daring to not sit in a queue behind him as he trundled along getting in everybody's way in the outside lane.
The driver of the Maserati is a prime example of the kind of substandard driver who would benefit hugely from taking a refresher course. It would address his blatant lack of understanding of how to exercise proper lane discipline.
Little tit in a Vauxhall Corsa who pulled out onto a main road without looking and I almost went into the side of him. He then got abusive with me, may have been drunk or high. Just a waste of space.
Some head-shaven, four-eyed idiot in a bog standard Audi A3 who thought he was Michael Schumacher and that he could outrun an 2018 S3. As such he made every effort to tear apart the Highway Code and go way over the speed limit.
Needless to say I didn’t entertain it because I, unlike him, care about the safety of all road users despite having a capable vehicle - and that capability isn’t for inner-city roads. So he did his thing and I didn’t care.
But then when he got stuck in traffic ahead, I couldn’t resist giving him some revs to listen to from behind. He didn’t like that so much as he got really edgy and eventually turned off the route I was heading along.
But for future reference, please remember that not everyone is as tolerant as me so if you try doing that to another performance vehicle, they will destroy you in response, regardless of which road you’re on.
Reckless actions like that, born out of jealousy/frustration, are what cause road accidents and kill people needlessly.
