Driver is a dangerous and nearly caused a collison in camden about 9.15am sunday 23 sept 2018. Speeding and swerving in heavy rain to overtake at traffic lights. If you know who he is report him to police. Shouldn't be allowed to drive. His reg is GJ66 ETV
