This guy is a mental driver, first going round me probably going about 50mph on a blind bend so could've caused an accident and going about 80-90 mph on a 40 mph limit road when he got passed me

From what I can see here, the cyclist didn't say anything wrong. He only told the driver that he "cut the corner abit" and that the driver is "putting other people in danger" and to "drive properly".
So no, the cyclist didn't say or do anything wrong at all.
If this driver stopped my car and said that to me I would've been in touch with police there and then.
You cannot speak to other people like this and you cannot threaten other people. It is an offence to do so.

This guy has dodgy insurance and he is always racing up and down small heath highway. He thinks that he is Stig from top gear but in reality he reminds me of Mr Bean.. I would also like to add to this he must've paid someone to do his theory test. He doesn't know the hazards he brings towards other drivers and pedestrians.
