Encountered this balding driver on the A2 at the top of Chatham Hill. Offside mirror broken and hanging off (MOT fail), he was texting on his phone and was not wearing his seat belt. All the while he had a young child in the back of the car.
Irresponsible at best.

White VW, Driver (backwards baseball cap) had a car filled with young adults who weren’t wearing seatbelts and taking roundabouts in cold weather way too fast.
