Encountered this balding driver on the A2 at the top of Chatham Hill. Offside mirror broken and hanging off (MOT fail), he was texting on his phone and was not wearing his seat belt. All the while he had a young child in the back of the car.
Irresponsible at best.

This driver was an absolute knob jockey. On his phone on the motorway, break checking the fast lane, sitting in the middle lane and cutting up traffic whilst undertaking.
