01:52 Driver was technically at fault but the cyclist in my opinion should have read the road better. I cycle myself, and junctions are especially dangerous. Read the road, ride at the appropriate speed, and make sure you can stop if you have to.
Personally, given the width of the car, and how close they would have had to be to the car on the TAXI or the Land Rover, then where they have parked is fine.
Problem we have is that spaces are as per cars form 1950's and cars are now a lot wider and if you have any weight on you, then you just can't get out without damaging other cars...
