Dark grey Beemer with the worst attempt at ghost plates I've ever seen - front is total darkness and the back not much better.
Come on Bradford Police get this guy legal - he's driving like he's stolen it, and has the ghost plates to go with that behaviour

If ur getting off the motorway then get in the first lane with no less than half a mile mile until you need to exit. Don't drive in the 3rd lane, realise ur gonna miss ur exit then swerve straight across to the exit... very dangerous- admit defeat next time and go to the next exit rather than nearly causing a collision
