Pulled out on me. I could very clearly see he was holding a phone in his right hand while talking. This explained why he didn't look properly before entering the roundabout. When challenged he made insulting hand gestures.
You'd now have 6 points and your insurance would be double if a traffic cop had seen you! Or if its within the first 2 years of passing, licence revoked. Nearly 4 x slower reaction than drink driving.
