Quite unsure how this man is allowed to drive. Certainly can't have passed his test first time. Holding up a queue of traffic outside Poundland in Stratford upon Avon as he tried to ascertain the pricing of some of their products. Realised he was holding up traffic and clearly became flustered, causing him to stall repeatedly. Eventually, wheel-span away, where he nearly crashed into someone at the upcoming island, due to poor observation. A real danger.
