What a dozy bint in a BMW 218 M Sport. Parked on the cobbles in Dalton Sq waiting on someone, anyone leaving a parking spot. Then when someone in a parking bay starts to move a fraction, this wally puts it in to reverse nearly hitting a pedestrian & then starts getting in the way of other traffic.

Literally nearly crashed into a bike and another car!! Was crossing a staggered junction stopped and then just decided to go when there was a bike on the road they were crossing right in front of their car and nearly hit the car that was behind the bike, the bike had to go around them almost into the entrance to the road this tesla was going into. After that no indication on a roundabout and late braking and indication when turning off onto another road had to basically emergency brake to not hit them!!!! Worst driving I've seen so far if I'm honest!!
