This stupid man cannot drive, cutting me off just outside of fosse park, then continuing to beep and tail the back of my large suv, the driver of this small bmw. This is shambolic behaviour especially with kids in the car

The relatives of this Grandad need to step in and get him re-tested. Constant hesitation, slow reaction times, driving way below the speed limit and sudden lane changes.
