Black BMW Small Hatchback (like a VW Golf)
Jumps red light by McDonalds at Bay Gateway, Lancaster. Other vehicles in front of him in the adjacent lane stopped (I was one of them in the adjacent lane) but he came from behind and kept going in the empty lane through a red light. So it is obvious this driver has something wrong with his mentality.
Don’t trust vehicles with a 7 in their registration - more likely to be stolen or get fined for speeding etc.
