Absolute shocker of a driver. Doesn't indicate, and moves extremely aggressively in car parks. A serious danger to other drivers and pedestrians; shouldn't be on the road

A note for the gormless woman driver of the blue Peugeot with the above numberplate.
Highway Code Rule 137
"On a two-lane dual carriageway you should stay in the left-hand lane. Use the right-hand lane for overtaking or turning right. After overtaking, move back to the left-hand lane when it is safe to do so."
You don't sit in the RH lane for the entire journey on the A22 (that's Caterham bypass) because you'll be turning towards right at the roundabout a few miles ahead.
On top of that, breaking on purpose because the car behind you got a bit sick of not being let go by (at 45mph in a 70mph zone) constitutes dangerous driving.
You didn't just break the once, you kept doing so without any provocation (from the moment you were made aware of the car behind you).
