For some inexplicable reason, the deranged owner of this vehicle overtook us in a queue, just to wait the next ten minutes one car in front of us. Utterly baffling. completely pointless and just aggravating behaviour.
Left a dog trapped un the car in 23 degrees celsius not out ti abuse or victimise just want to draw attention to the problem. Dogs will suffer and die in that heat left long enough! Even 30 mins is too long!
Ran over my neighbours dog, going well over 50 mph in a 20mph school zone last week.
