The road is closed with a non regulatory sign, the vehicles and the the driver are allowed to access the road by law if they have a legitimate reason, the red sign has been deliberately placed in the area which should be open for access, I suspect by the man with the camera. The restriction can only be enforced if a police officer sees a vehicle passing the signage, then the officer would have to warrant that the driver of any of the vehicles didn’t have a legitimate reason for passing the barrier. That the law, remember the Highway Code is not the law, it’s a guide. Unfortunately the man with the camera is attempting to enforce a law which he cannot uphold.

No idea what shit hole he came from but in we don't behave like this in the UK. You're mad because someone owned your grandpa?
Also, I can understand that you had to make shoes at age 7 and get ass raped by the line manager but that's no reason not to wear a pair when you finally arrive in a civilized world.
