To my knowledge an organisation providing transport for disabled people doesn't have to pay this tax, although I do not know whether or not that exception is listed properly on tax search sites. Does someone know?
I know this car, I was following it for a few miles and thought there was something wrong with the car as it was heavily leaning to the right, I signalled the driver and he got out, to my surprise the car went back to normal after he got out... I had to make an excuse because I felt bad it was only as the driver was rather Large to say the least.
