Driver overtook a line of queuing traffic, which where stopped to let livestock cross the road. Then sped towards the herd of cows, causing the them to scatter but did not see walker crossing the road and committed a hit and run.

Driving on M1 North bound just before Woolley Edge services, over took the car (4 boys were in it) and they then decided to drive at the side of me filming me on their phones. I’m a female so this made me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t understand why or what exactly I was doing. Held my phone up to my ear to look like i was making a call and they sped off at 100mph
